Tom, Do you know of a way to change the Port 2 Output on a Z3805A to something that can be used by NTPD per chance?

Mark,

Use halt rather than watch to exit pForth mode; that's how I alternate between SCPI and p4th on a running system. See also: http://leapsecond.com/museum/z3801a/eeprom.htm

- I use pr_gps_id to get the VP version numbers rather than tap the Oncore Rx/Tx pins.
- I send hourly queries for pll_rep, efc_rep to dump the circular EFC regression table.
- The following give a little more info than the SCPI syst:stat? command:
  print_stat, pr_gps_istate, pr_time_raim, pr_gps_debug, print_vis
- Note that pr_efc gives 32x higher resolution than SCPI diag:rosc:efc:abs? command. That is, it shows you the fraction that goes into the DAC dither calculation. You can set the DAC too. See also: http://leapsecond.com/pages/z3801a-efc/
