Oh, you can do it, but you really need to know what you're doing.


As the prev poster said, it depends on what you are doing. Simple compiles are straightforward, autoconf if its a bit more complex, use Xcode.

If you are doing work on an app that needs a GUI, Xcode makes it easy.
