[time-nuts] Server Issues?

I'm not aware of any specific server issues here (the configuration is fairly stock Debian with Mailman and Postfix) but there can be delays due to the vagaries of the internet and there are interactions that can cause delays for some folks and not others.

I'll keep an eye on things to see if I can spot any problems at this end.
