[time-nuts] FE-5680A control programs

Hello, I'm still here,
unfortunately my Rb are gathering dust
and I cannot follow the list everyday.
I wrote some scripts to automate data
collection from FE5680 and my counter
using python. They run in Windows and
can be used and modified at will, I've
not much time now, so I cannot give support
on their usage, but it should be easy enough.
I will check what I have...
