[time-nuts] GPS to H-Maser comparison

Hi all,

If you go to this page: http://users.on.net/~cdadsl/ you will see some
graphs (all in UT). Notice the larger than usual bump on Oct 02 around 0600
ish. The names are locations all over Australia.
