GPS 18x PC/LVC 3.90 (August 28, 2013)

Folks, I have received notice of an update to the GPS 18x LVC firmware, 
which can be downloaded here:

Changes made from version 3.80 to 3.90:

    Better handling for leap second data storage especially over long 
periods of non-use.

Perhaps it's worth upgrading - I don't know of any bad effects, though.

Any reports would, I'm sure, be welcome.
