[time-nuts] GPS with 10KHz output

Hi

The biggest issue is sawtooth correction. To take care of the sawtooth issues you need to sync up the correction data with the signal into the GPSDO. That's a lot easier when both come out once a second than when one is continuous and the other is still only once a second.
