[time-nuts] NIST Radio Station WWV now on 25 MHz

Tried three times today to get WWV on 25, heard nothing under the power 
line noise.
I did have a nice QSO on 12 meters with a station in Rochester, NY so 
the band is open.
WWV is currently weak on 20, strong on 15 and 10 MHz.
