[time-nuts] Anyone Familiar with a Trimble 46865 Board?

Hi

I’d say you have it figured out pretty well. 

It’s a TCXO based board for a “short holdover” cell site or something like that. There is a good chance that it’s got the same plusses and minuses as the GPSTM plus the degraded ADEV from the TCXO.
