[time-nuts] ***SPAM*** Oncore m12+t PPS sawtooth correction board.

I understand that it seems a little limited to have a board that only works
with the m12+t. The fact is that this is the module I have built into my
soekris machine, which I also use for general GPS PPS. I just wanted to
clean it up a little and see if there was any interest on the list :)
