[time-nuts] Trimble Visual Time Studio (VTS)

Just an FYI for others using ThunderBolts, VTS seems to have replaced
Trimble Studio as the supported solution for GPS tools. I broke the older
version by installing either NI LabView or Agilent BenchVue - probably due
to the updates of the Visual C++ runtime libraries, but I'm unsure.
