[time-nuts] 60 Hz power glitch, US West coast (Silicon Valley)

This one caught my eye.

I think this is the biggest dip I've seen, down below 59.8 Hz.
That's averaged over 10 seconds.

This one got below 59.9 Hz.

I guess I should write some code to scan the archives.  I wonder how many 
similar glitches I've missed.
