[time-nuts] New WWVB modulation format receivers (NOT)

It may be true that WWVB is sending out a new
format, but the receivers for it don't seem to
exist.  The exclusive rights are held by this
company, which is clearly on hold while it
tries to find a customer who will pay for a
wafer run:

I've seen this sort of thing many times before.
Don't be surprised if this goes the way of
AM stereo, etc.

Does anyone have any positive news about this?
