[time-nuts] HP 5060A C-field

Corby it is a 5061a with a 5060 tube in it that has a few Cs leftover.
(Original 004 tube was seriously empty)
Had to create a new oven controller to get to those Cs its temperature is
slightly elevated over what the 5061a could do. I can just see beam current
at maybe .25 of a tick mark above zero.
I looked at the cfield regulator last night and measured its behavior and
as the numbers increase so does the current and I can make the frequency
now go above or below the correct range since adding in a resistor to the
emitter of Q9. It was a short.

However the reality of the systems may be catching up to me.
The 5065 gets aligned to LORAN C when its on for testing and that matches
GPS from a HP 3801 very well. The fact that this drifts one way or another
could actually be telling me what the other references are doing.
