...so I then switched on the GPSDO, measured the EFC voltage and the
oscillator frequency, see plot. The frequency follows the EFC voltage,
that means, the servo loop works. But the oscillator cannot tune to 10
MHz, it lacks about 1.2Hz at full EFC voltage (6V). That's the problem.

I talked to the seller, he's gonna send me another oscillator.
