[time-nuts] Anyone having a problem getting Bulletin B from maia.usno.navy.mil?

Thanks for the info. I'll try later.
On the subject of raw data, I can't find Bulletin A in the iers site. The README indicates that it is under the /bul dir, but it seems to have gone.
