There are old TrueTime NTS-100 IRIG units that pop up on ebay from time to time. However they usually require an AUI to UTP adapter.
Also they only serve Version-3 of NTP... (which some clients you have to explicitly set that in the server line).

There are also the Datum/Bancomm/Symmetricom Tymserve 2100's (aka TS2100) that come in both IRIG and NTP flavors. But really if you
get an IRIG model it's pretty simple to drop in a Trimble ACE-III receiver and make it into the GPS model.

As someone else said, you can connect the IRIG output to a PC's MIC port and use the NTP reference driver... Still for all that
effort a PPS would probably be easier and just as effective.

Honestly, the only time I use IRIG-B is for old time displays, not really for time synchronization.
