The Alarm connector J3 is connected as follows:
pin 1 goes to pin 6 of U208
pin 2 goes to pin 5 of U208
pin 3 goes to pin 6 of U207
pin 3 goes to pin 5 of U207

U208 (and eventually U207) are labeled 207a. This leads to IL207 from 
Siemens which is an optocoupler. Pin6 of this is collector and pin 5 is 
emitter. Pins 1 and 2 are laser diodes.

All other pins of J3 look nc.
