There are two important points:

1) Until 4.2.8 is released you'll want to build a recent version of 4.2.7.
Don't use 4.2.6

2) Review the many and varied posts on the subtleties of using PPS via ATOM
or as part of a refclock like ONCORE <

have surprising side-effects.
