Ublox have a white paper/app note on using their timing modules (mainly the LEA-6T I think) as a frequency reference. The main thing is that there is a lot of jitter at 10MHz (much less at 8MHz) so you need to phase lock another oscillator to it.

curious if anyone has tried this.  Seems like a possible way to get

inexpensive GPSDO, as these modules are very
inexpensive.
