I have had over a dozen HP5370 counters that used the 10544A.   I have noticed the 10544A's tend to have quite a bit better aging characteristics than the 10811A.  As with all things oscillatory, it could just be luck of the draw or due to the fact that they are older than the 10811's and have settled down more.  Or there might be something fundamentally better aging wise in the 10544A.
