I am looking at Nortel NTBW50AA and Nortel NTGS50AA

I need a unit that outputs 10MHz and a time pulse (every 2 seconds is OK), GPS disciplined

Question:
Do the units start up and work on their own, with no data in our out?
Which one is the "better" one regarding specs?
