Alberto posted some pictures of a GPS receiver from Navstar Systems Ltd..
They're still in business, but don't appear to be doing that any more..

However, I did run across this:
"Sarantel is a spin-off of Symmetricom founded in 2000 by Dr. Leisten.
Leisten was spearheading the development of a new type of miniature
antenna – now called PowerHelix - since the 1990s at Navstar Systems
Ltd. Navstar was acquired by Symmetricom in 1993.[1] During 1999 and
2000 Symmetricom enacted a strategy to focus on their core business of
designing and manufacturing timing and network synchronization
technology.[2][3][4][5] They offered Dr. Leisten an opportunity to do a
management buy out of the miniature antenna technology they acquired
from Navstar."

and a SEC 10-K filing from 1999

"The DCD-LPR Series provides the capability to effectively use either GPS or
Long Range Navigation version C (LORAN-C) to provide direct Stratum 1
traceable synchronization to network sites equipped with DCD systems.
The DCD-LPR employs an integrated, roof-mounted GPS antenna and Timing
Receiver (GTR) to receive precision Universal Coordinated Time (UTC)
timing signals from GPS satellites at virtually any location in the
world or from LORAN-C radio stations in a number of locations in the
world. The DCD-LPR is usually fitted with one or two GPS Timing
Interface (GTI) cards, which receive timing inputs from the GPS receiver
and output two T1 or E1 signals, and, optionally,
time- of-day....

"Mr. Haddrell has served as Senior Vice President, Engineering for the
Company since August 1998 and as Director, Technology from January 1996
to August 1998. From December 1991 to January 1996, Mr. Haddrell served
as General Manager, Navstar Systems Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company as
of August 1993. Previously, Mr. Haddrell served as the Technical Manager
for Marconi Marine and Satellite Systems Manager for Racal-Decca.
