[time-nuts] LPRO-101 BITE (~lock) Signal Always Low

Hi,
    you can check the behaviour of the XTAL V MON voltage to get some
useful information.
It should move up and down during the searching of a lock, and then it
should stop at a certain value when lock is achieved.
