Is this an illustration of a popular delivery mechanism?

BTW, as I visited the National Air and Space Museum today, and their
separate time and navigation section, I found both a 5071A running, a
CSAC, two EFRATOM rubidiums and an OSCILLOQUARTZ B5400 oscillator.
Loads of GPS receivers, a special section on Loran etc. In principle
good, but could be made better. Having walked for 2 hours prior made my
patience somewhat limited.

Cheers,
Magnus
