I might be able to add support to Lady Heather.    Lady Heather does have code for calculating and displaying ADEV, HDEV, MDEV, and TDEV (it came from Timelab).  Also has data logging capabilities.  And can also calculate FFTs of the data.  It can already read Timelab .TIM files.
