Are we talking about a stability (a variation from an earlier reading) or about
accuracy (a deviation from target) ?
Based on your description it’s an accuracy issue. I’d guess that one of the loops in the
synthesizer is “stuck” at an offset of 0.003 Hz. Since it is constant, that should point to
which loop it is. Exactly *what* is broken in that loop …. who knows.
