[time-nuts] Trimble Thunderbolt no longer determines the correct date

At one time one of the Chinese sellers of Tbolts was upgrading their firmware from 2.x to 3.0   I don't know how they did that...  perhaps they extracted a 3.0 image via something like JTAG or pulling a chip and dumping it.
