[time-nuts] Lucent RFTG-u REF0-REF1 cable

It turns out I don't have an M12+ in the TAPR GPS. I always knew I had an older model. I
checked the numbers and pictures and it it just what I need, an Oncore UT+. So the first
thing I need to do is get my REF1 standalone and then add this GPS to the REF0 and
problem solved. I also have to get the 10Mhz out of the REF1 but that looks easy.
