Over the years, this has been the fate of a *lot* of surplus / goodie outfits. They have
a “deal” on some property and that runs out. Sometimes it’s a sale with the neighborhood
improving. Other times it’s the roof needing repairs and nobody sees the need to do them
until it is way to late ….
