Which station are you thinking of ? RWM ? Or is there another on HF from
Russia ? (RWM doesn't include the time of day, but is 24x7). Do you have
frequencies and time of transmission ?

(I'm aware of RBU as well, but that's down on LF (and also 24H), Hence my
curiosity...)
