[time-nuts] WWVB Chronverter system works great on cheapy clocks

Just grabbed a few from the basement and they all locked up in the typical
2 minutes. The difference on the east coast is normally I would need to
wait till late night.
These clocks just set. I just set them near the wwvb simulator. No antenna.
