Thank you very much, HP did not specify the 10 and 100 MHz values.... I can measure but don't have the generator..state of the art attached. Thanks, Ulrich

I do not have great equipment to do the measurement but it is at least this good at 10 MHz as measured on one of my 8642As. I can't measure phase noise at 30 or 100 MHz.
