Also worth mentioning is the Swiss standards organization, METAS, in Bern. Their time and frequency group has a few atomic clocks, a maser, and some other shiny things they use for realizing UTC(CH), as well as a few research projects related to the subject. While not formally open to the public, they do tours on request.
