[time-nuts] EFTF 2018

Hi,

As I just registered for EFTF 2018, just wanted to check if any fellow
time-nuts would join me there.

I can also be expected to show up on the IFCS-EFTF 2019 conference, as I
will serve on the JTPC for it.
