[time-nuts] TS2100 tfp settings update

	Oooo-kay... Apparently, the tfp parameters don't seem to bother it that
much. It just locked.

	I know I was able to set the gain and the d/a parameters, so I guess
they were the critical ones.

	It'd still be nice to know why tfp didn't want to set, though...

	Keep the peace(es).
