[time-nuts] Lady Heather display question

Hello, Time Nutters--

I have a question about the Lady Heather display.   In the LH
on-screen display graph in the photo seen in the Dropbox link
(URL is below) there is a red and a blue graph line which I have
not found information about.  What do these represent?  I
think they are ADEV values for something.   If so, then what is
the vertical scale value of the horizontal (white dotted lines)
graph divisions that applies to them 2 ?
