[time-nuts] Update on sidereal time

I did find an error but I am still a few minutes off and it is hard to
imagine the calculations would be off by that much.

The app and the calculator on the web are as close to each other as I can
tell by looking at the displays, my device is about 4 minutes late, which
would be the case if I were off by one day, which would be the case since
Greenwich is a day ahead of me at the moment, so it looks like I am getting
close after all :)
