[time-nuts] It is possible to "recharge" a hydrogen maser?

Anything is possible. Working out exactly what happened and what needs to be done 
to fix it might be a bit involved. A maser is a pretty complicated piece of gear. 

The best bet is to dig out the manuals and go through the troubleshooting process in 
them. Plan for it taking a bit of time …..
