It’s a nice antenna. Works great with a Thunderbolt. It is actually manufactured by Aeroantenna. I have a few marked AT575-90CMCW-TNCF-000-RG-26-NM. I think a large use case back in the days was DGPS base stations.

Another Aeroantenna choke ring is eBay item 323820334161. That one is dual frequency and the antenna element makes a decent rover antenna.
