[time-nuts] FA2 internal reference oscillator test

Hi

If these are like the previous gear from the same designer, the parts (like the OCXO) 
that go in will vary quite a bit. In the past they seemed to be built by a wide range of
people getting parts from a wide range of sources. 

If there is any ID on the OCXO, it’s probably worth passing that along.
