It's a Chinese BG7TBL GPSDO, using UBlox gps module and oscilloquartz
OCXO.  DCE, with 9-pin serial connector and no handshake.  Now talks
to either the UBlox monitor program or Lady Heather. Internal stuff
like DAC correction voltage not accessible but as I said, plenty good
enough for what I need.
