[time-nuts] Lady Heather V6.14 beta

That version is a year old, though perhaps still the most current release.
Of course it's Mark's choice, but a github-like source would be very
welcome.I I know that when I was working with Mark on a specific device,
his updates come fast and furious (and accurate!) but rarely shared widely.
