Given that you work in a timelab I think you may know when the tube is
dead. So I won't take you through the steps to check.
But the discussion of refilling a tube has been discussed here several
times in great accurate detail and depth. Search the archives for good
reading. From the experts, it can't be done economically. So your best bet
is to search for a tube. The tubes are all old at this point so hard to say
what you may get and how long it will work.
There was just a 5061 put on ebay last week at a reasonable cost.
But if your in Europe shipping and customs will make it very unreasonable.
