[time-nuts] HP 106B on Ebay

I saw this one.
What scares me is that the seller appears to be competent in testing his frequency counter, oscilloscope plugin, and other equipment, but on this one he says, "not sure how to operate".  My alarm went off and I didn't bid.

success. Replacing dewars is generally not an easy task.
