[time-nuts] Any time-nuttery for spring-wound car clocks?

Warren, while my original question was about time-nut measurements made of
the mechanical spring-wound clocks, I am also broadly interested in
measured data on various types of quartz (and maybe other?) movements.

One advantage of a quartz-regulated mechanical unit is that there is a
ticking that could be picked up microphonically or magnetically to do
non-interfering measurements.
