[time-nuts] Noise in linear and non-linear circuits and systems

This will be interesting to read.  Around 15 years ago,
when I was working for Agilent, OEO was the "next big
thing" and they invested a lot of resources in it.  Then
they abandoned it.  I can't remember exactly what the
reason was.
