That looks like the antenna that I am currently using.   The were mentioned on the list last year, but the cheap ones quickly disappeared and the price went to $250-$300.  The seem to work very well.   I get 6-10 mm error ellipses using L1/L2 GPS on a Trimble NetRS.   They have no problem with Glonass/Galileo/Beidou on a M8T.
