Taka, I'm assuming you meant an HP 53132A? Anyway to make meaningful measurements you need a DMTD setup or some other resolution expanding scheme. An HP 5065A would be your best bet to add to your stable! Between a good cherry picked Quartz and the 5065A you could cover most bases easily! Cheers, Corby
