[time-nuts] Authoritative Source for Lady Heather

My google-fu is weak right now. Who is the authoritative source for the
latest version of Lady Heather? I am finding a lot of stuff that is a fork
of the original, but I do not feel inclined to debug someone else's work.
Heck - I don't want to debug MY work. :-)

A link to the official source repository would be perfect. I am going to be
cross-compiling onto a Raspberry Pi.
